Question: I haven't received my tracking number yet. What should I do?

Answer: Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be sent to you via email. Orders are not processed on weekends, so if you placed an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be fulfilled on Monday.

Question: Where is my order?

Answer: You can track your order using the tracking number provided. This is the most accurate way to determine the current location of your package. Your tracking number will be emailed to you separately after your order is placed.

Question: How long will delivery take?

Answer: Our standard delivery time is between 4-6 business days, though during high-demand periods, orders may take up to 14 days to arrive.
