Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order after it has been placed, please contact shop@vasoracart.com. Your request will be subject to approval by our customer service team.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during busy seasons like holidays or sales. We process orders Monday through Friday, with all orders typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are then shipped the next business day after processing. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days. However, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take up to 14 business days.

What If I Don't Receive My Order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us for a full refund.

Will I Be Charged for Customs and Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, meaning you may be liable for duties and taxes when your order arrives at its destination. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

How Do I Return an Item?

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@vasoracart.com. All returned items must be sent via tracked delivery, and tracking details must be provided to ensure the item is insured for return.

Returns are only eligible for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

What If the Item(s) I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant information about your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed by the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For any questions about when the credit will appear on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you have not received your refund yet, it may take some time for it to post, so we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for updates.
