At Vasora, all orders are fully tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Estimated shipping times begin from the day your order is dispatched. Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days. However, due to high demand, some orders may take 6-14 business days to be delivered.
Please note that tracking updates can take up to 3 days to appear.

Exchanges/Returns
Vasora does not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number at shop@vasoracart.com. Our team will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Exchanges and returns are subject to the discretion of our customer service team.
At Vasora, we deeply value our customers and expect respectful communication at all times. Any form of verbal or communicative abuse toward our staff will not be tolerated. Should this occur, we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges. Please be aware that Vasora has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior.
